Sklar Center for Restorative Medicine is a functional and restorative medicine practice in Long Beach, California. It was founded in 2005 by Susan Sklar, MD, a physician with 25 years in obstetrics and gynecology, as the Sklar Center for Women's Wellness, and was renamed as its scope broadened beyond women's health. The practice addresses chronic conditions at their root using bioidentical hormone therapy, nutrition, targeted supplementation and lifestyle change, with programmes for thyroid disorders and Hashimoto's, gastrointestinal conditions including IBS and SIBO, hormone balance and fertility, weight management, and IV nutrient therapy. Dr. Sklar has stepped back from day-to-day care and clinical work is now led by Danielle Langston, ND, a licensed naturopathic doctor; Dajin Shin is also listed as a provider.
