Serenity Massage & Energywork opened its doors on October 31, 2015, with a simple vision: to create a space where people could truly Be Well. What began as a one-room home practice has grown into the largest massage spa in Council Bluffs, offering seven beautifully designed treatment rooms, including two for couples, and a dedicated space for ritual and classes. In 2016, Serenity s founder, Rev. Jewel Ravensong-Lawrence, served as an LMT for the USA Olympic Swim Team Trials in Omaha. Her ongoing education led to certification as a Master Clinical Aromatherapist in 2018 and Death Doula certification through INELDA in 2019. In March 2020, Serenity transitioned from a home-based business to its first commercial space. Eighteen months later, the need for expansion became clear, and in January 2022 the spa moved into a larger suite with four rooms. Growth continued, and in May 2024 Serenity relocated once again to a spacious new location with better access, ample parking, and room to flouri
