Serene Renewal Medical Spa & Women's Wellness is a physician-led medical spa and gynecology practice in the Metro East region of Southern Illinois, operating spa locations in O'Fallon and Maryville plus a gynecology clinic at Holy Family Hospital Specialty Clinics in Greenville. It is led by medical director Dr. Christina Dothager, a board-certified OBGYN, with Dr. Markel Owens, nurse practitioners and licensed aestheticians on staff. Aesthetic services include neurotoxins and dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, CoolSculpting, laser hair removal, Enlighten 3 pico and Q-switch tattoo removal, PicoGenesis skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling and TriLipo RF body contouring, chemical peels, dermaplaning and facials. Wellness services cover bioidentical hormone therapy delivered as creams, sublinguals or pellet implants, supervised weight management and IV therapy. The Maryville location traded as Maryville Med Spa before adopting the Serene Renewal name.
