Selah Center is a private wellness clinic and retreat in Carlsbad, California, co-founded by Sinclair Kennally and Michael Spandel. It combines bioregulatory and naturopathic medicine with a large in-clinic therapy menu, offered as concierge naturopathic care, single- and multi-day in-clinic healing circuits, and three-day private healing retreats. The therapy list spans IV nutrient and NAD+ therapy, EBOO and ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, exosome therapy, neural therapy, PEMF, halotherapy, microcurrent neurofeedback, lymphatic drainage and infrared sauna, alongside functional lab, gut and genetic methylation testing. The clinic treats two main patient groups: people with complex chronic conditions such as Lyme, mold illness, MCAS and autoimmunity, and performance and longevity clients. Its Carlsbad facility includes three private treatment rooms, an IV and communal healing lounge, a rooftop salt therapy room and a biohacking suite.
