SDBotox is a medical aesthetics practice founded in 2012 by Dr. Alex Roher, a board-certified anesthesiologist, offering Botox, dermal fillers, and other minimally invasive cosmetic and skin treatments across multiple San Diego-area locations, including La Jolla. Dr. Roher remains the practice's owner and medical director and continues to practice anesthesiology alongside his aesthetic medicine work. The La Jolla location offers full injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal filler, lip filler, Sculptra, Kybella, SkinVive), Vivace RF microneedling, and Ultherapy, with treatments performed by RN injectors under Dr. Roher's medical direction.
