About Saxira

Saxira was co-founded by Dr. Henrietta Bright, CRNA, DNAP — a nurse anesthetist with a doctorate in nurse anesthesia practice and years in clinical medicine — and Dr. Phillip McIver, DDS, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Between them: decades of patient care, and a shared frustration with how often medicine delivers expertise without presence. We opened in Hyattsville on purpose. Our community is full of people who take care of everyone else — professionals, parents, caregivers — and who deserve clinical-grade care without the drive across the county line. We hire licensed clinicians whose credentials you can verify. The Saxira family has two homes: aesthetics and wellness here in Hyattsville, and Saxira Oral Surgery in Clinton, MD, where Dr. McIver provides dental implants, extractions, and oral surgery.
