Savannah Age Management Medicine is an age-management and regenerative medicine clinic founded in 2010 by Harry S. Collins, DO, FACOG, with offices in Pooler and Statesboro, Georgia. Its core lines are bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women, perimenopause and menopause care, concierge medical weight loss and GLP-1 microdosing, PRP hair restoration, and sexual performance enhancement. A medical aesthetics division, operating as Savannah Skin Med, adds neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables, medical-grade facials, laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation, IV infusion therapy and vitamin injections, vaginal rejuvenation and an aesthetic membership program. Dr. Collins is a Life Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and holds certification in age management medicine from the Cenegenics Medical Institute. The Statesboro office opened in 2025.
