San Mateo dentist Dr. Sheena Phan grew up in Southern California and earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley, where she also minored in Disability Studies and served in leadership roles at student-run clinics for underserved communities. She went on to attend the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she was inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega Honor Society and recognized for her commitment to volunteerism. After practicing throughout the Bay Area, Dr. Phan settled in San Mateo, where she provides patient-centered, compassionate care with a strong emphasis on education. She has served on California Dental Association committees and brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to treating patients of diverse backgrounds. Dr. Phan offers family and cosmetic dentistry for adults and children as young as two, providing comprehensive preventive and restorative care in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
