He received his dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in 2008. He received his medical degree and specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery from UCSF as well. Doctor Carr was an associate professor at UCSF and taught facial trauma reconstruction at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital for several years. At San Benito Oral Surgery, the local community has access to University-level care without having to leave town. Special interests of Dr. Carr’s include advanced bone grafting and dental implant surgery, sedation and general anesthesia, wisdom tooth removal, sleep apnea surgery and orthognathic surgery (jaw reconstruction).
