About Rockwall Gentle Dental

Dr. John Taylor grew up in Rockwall, Texas and is passionate about making a difference in the local community. After graduating from Rockwall-Heath High School, he went on to obtain his undergraduate degree in Sports Science from Texas A&M University and postgraduate degree in Biomedical Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Taylor then attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Taylor has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery. His favorite aspect of dentistry stems from the profound impact he can make in people’s lives by transforming not just their smiles but their overall well-being. Dr. Taylor is a current member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
