River Region Dermatology and Laser is a dermatology practice in Montgomery, Alabama founded by Porcia Bradford Love, MD, a board-certified dermatologist and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. Dr. Love earned her medical degree and completed her dermatology residency at Duke University, followed by an NIH fellowship researching skin cancer in young women and people with skin of color. The practice, which also operates as River Region Aesthetics from the same location, offers medical dermatology alongside cosmetic and laser treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, CoolSculpting, and laser skin resurfacing.
