Rise Health is a membership-based longevity and preventive medicine clinic in Gilbert, Arizona, led by medical director Scott Finkbeiner, MD. Its team includes a family nurse practitioner, an orthopedic physical therapist and a strength and conditioning coach, and the clinic positions itself as a complement to primary care rather than a replacement for it. The core membership covers hormone and peptide protocols, ongoing lab work, quarterly DEXA scans and annual VO2 max testing, while an invitation-only Rise Elite tier adds a thirteen-point executive evaluation with full-body MRI, coronary calcium scoring, Galleri multi-cancer screening and whole-genome analysis. The clinic also provides testosterone replacement, medical weight loss and PRP for musculoskeletal injuries. It does not accept insurance.
