I am a Nurse Practitioner, a business owner, a working mom, and someone who truly understands how complex weight loss can be. I did not open this clinic to follow trends or compete with quick, impersonal programs. I built it because I saw too many patients being rushed through appointments, handed a prescription, and left without guidance, support, or respect. Weight loss is not just about medication. It is about biology, hormones, lifestyle, mindset, and consistency. It is also emotional. Many of my clients come to me frustrated, discouraged, and blaming themselves for struggles that were never their fault. That lived experience shapes how I practice. I listen. I educate. I follow up. I stay involved. My patients are not numbers on a schedule or quick visits between urgent care cases. They are real people with real lives, jobs, families, and challenges.
