Revive Functional Medicine is a virtual functional medicine practice based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, founded in 2020 by Melissa Bunkers, MSN, FNP-BC and operated under Infinite Wellness Group LLC. The practice works with women on gut and hormonal imbalances, using advanced laboratory testing including DUTCH hormone panels, GI Map stool testing, micronutrient analysis and full thyroid panels to identify root causes. Care is delivered either as a one-time Foundational Assessment combining bloodwork with a virtual visit, or through longer-term membership programs built on lifestyle, nutrition and supplement protocols. The practice does not prescribe medications and does not bill insurance. A sister brand, Revive IV Lounge, offers IV therapy at a Sioux Falls location.
