Revi, also written ReviLNK, is a fee-for-service hormone and longevity clinic in Lincoln, Nebraska. It is owned and medically directed by Jeffrey A. Himmelberg, MD, an interventional radiologist, with nurse practitioner Kelly Thelen, APRN-NP providing consultations and registered nurse Amanda Wortman running clinical operations. The clinic requires comprehensive lab work before the first consultation, ordering panels covering hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, inflammation and vitamins through a local Lincoln lab, and re-tests 8 to 12 weeks after therapy starts and every six months thereafter. Its treatment lines are bioidentical hormone and testosterone therapy, peptide therapy including NAD+ and sexual-wellness peptides, and medical weight loss using GLP-1 medications. The clinic does not bill insurance.
