Respira Wellness is a family-owned medical spa in Lenexa, Kansas, serving the greater Kansas City area. Its aesthetic side is deliberately non-injectable: customized facials, chemical peels, nano-needling, HydroFacial treatments and Sculptural Face Lifting, a manual technique lead esthetician Fernanda Whitmer trained in under Yakov Gershkovich in Paris. On the medical side the practice runs a clinically supervised ketamine infusion program, medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, and vitamin and IV infusions including NAD+, glutathione and B12. Medical direction is provided by David Whitmer, MD, who completed his residency at Truman Medical Center in 2013 and is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. The practice operates from a single Rosehill Road location.
