Dr. Owens grew up locally in Reno and attended Reno High School. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Sciences and Honors. Before dental school, she did research for the Biochemistry Department at the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Owens then graduated from the University of Washington with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. She has a passion for dentistry and has completed extensive continuing education courses on implants, dentures, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and endodontics. Dr. Owens takes pride in her ability to listen and provide comprehensive, compassionate care that is mindful of the patient's needs. She is extremely meticulous in her approach to dentistry while finding the best course of action to restore to optimal dental health.
