Dr. Martin, a Mississippi native, completed his undergraduate studies summa cum laude at Mississippi State University. Dr. Martin received his dental degree magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi. While at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, he became a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. He then earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Dr. Martin is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Mississippi Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Mississippi Dental Association and American Dental Association.
