Rejuvenation Skin Lab is a medical spa in Richmond, Virginia, founded by master aesthetician Nicole Formsma and focused on non-invasive, results-oriented medical skincare. The team brings more than 20 combined years in medical skincare, including over two decades of cumulative experience treating skin of color. Services include Aerolase laser treatments, Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, laser hair removal, chemical peels, Botox, Votiva vaginal rejuvenation, and peptide therapy for weight loss. Gregory Moore, MD, an obstetrician-gynecologist with James River OBGYN, serves as medical director, and the clinical staff includes board-certified nurse practitioner Erica Williams, DNP, APRN, FNP-C.
