At Rejuvenate Wellness and MedSpa, we believe in more than just treatments we believe in transformation. Our mission is to help our clients cultivate confidence and wellness from within, blending cutting-edge aesthetics with personalized wellness solutions for a holistic approach to looking and feeling your best. My passion for health and prevention began as an athlete, spending my youth immersed in sports like basketball, gymnastics, and dance. I graduated as an RN from MTSU in 2007, starting my career in cardiovascular care. While I enjoyed the challenge of helping critically ill patients, I quickly realized that I wanted to focus on prevention helping others avoid chronic diseases that lead to hospitalization. After earning my Nurse Practitioner degree, I worked in urgent care, further fueling my desire to shift from sick care to prevention. I founded Rejuvenate Wellness and MedSpa (originally Rejuvenate Weight Loss and Wellness) to empower people to make lasting lifestyle changes,
