Regen Med is a physician-led longevity, functional and regenerative medicine clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas, founded in 2024 by Tina Ipe, MD, MPH. It operates as a concierge, cash-pay practice that does not contract with insurance, and serves patients in person in Little Rock and by telemedicine in 42 states, Washington D.C. and Guam. Its care combines advanced laboratory and biomarker diagnostics with therapeutic apheresis, peptide therapy, IV nutrient infusions, hormone replacement, medical weight management and regenerative aesthetics. Every patient visit is with Dr. Ipe, the clinic's only clinician, and the practice also runs a food-as-medicine workshop called The Learning Kitchen.
