Refresh Health is a membership-based primary care and wellness practice in Peoria, Arizona, founded by Megan Rigby, DNP, a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner dual certified in pediatric and family practice. The practice sees patients of all ages for preventive and sick care, well-child and adult exams, well-woman exams, sports physicals and minor office procedures, and offers medical weight loss, nutrition consultation, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy and injectable vitamin treatments. It also provides regenerative aesthetic services including microneedling with PRP or exosomes, glutathione peels, red light therapy and neuromodulator injections. Refresh Health does not accept insurance, selling monthly memberships and cash-pay visits with superbills provided, and offers in-clinic, telehealth and member-only mobile visits.
