It is owned and operated by Frederika MacMillan, MSN, AGNP-C, a board-certified nurse practitioner who leads the clinical team, and works under supervising physician Dr. Arthur Shektman, MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The practice carries the full Juvederm and Restylane dermal filler lines plus Revanesse Versa, Radiesse and Belotero, and all neurotoxins including Botox Cosmetic, Xeomin, Dysport and Jeuveau. Additional treatments include PRP, Sculptra, smooth threads, VI chemical peels and vitamin therapy, delivered by aesthetic nurse injectors on staff. Refined shares its Kimball Lane premises with Sobella Skin and Beauty, a separate esthetics business.
