With over 30 years of nursing experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve greater health, confidence, and overall well-being. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of caring for people from all walks of life, always believing that personalized, compassionate care leads to the best outcomes. I earned my doctoral degree from the University of Washington and am a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My background in mental health has given me a deep understanding of the connection between emotional well-being, confidence, and how we care for ourselves.
