Rasnow Integrative Wellness is a solo integrative and functional medicine practice led by Marina Rasnow-Hill, MD, operating on an annual membership model layered on top of insurance billing. All visits are delivered by telehealth, and patients must be physically located in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Colorado or Idaho at the time of their appointment. The practice combines functional and integrative medicine with obesity and lifestyle medicine, using conventional and functional laboratory testing alongside nutrition, supplements, lifestyle change and select pharmaceuticals. Membership includes secure messaging, four 30-minute health coaching sessions per year and a supplement dispensary discount. The practice does not accept HMO plans or Medi-Cal.
