In her free time, Dr. Schreiner enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Schreiner especially enjoys spending time with her husband Dr. Jim Salazar and their two children. She is a Girl Scout Troop leader for her daughter s troop and she is a member of the La Jolla Sunrise Rotary Club and National Charity League. Dr. Schreiner, originally from Rancho Palos Verdes in Southern California, earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, and graduated in 2002 from the UCLA School of Dentistry with Dean s Honors, receiving the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award. After graduation from UCLA, Dr. Schreiner completed a one-year general practice residency at the UCLA VA Sepulveda dental facility. Dr. Schreiner treats all of her patients as her friends and family, providing them with comprehensive, high quality treatment in a respectful, gentle and caring manner.
