Originally designed to treat chronic dry eye, IPL works by reducing inflammation, eliminating abnormal blood vessels, and restoring proper function to the meibomian glands. This means better tear quality, more comfortable eyes, and less dependence on artificial tears. It also helps calm redness, irritation, and flare ups associated with ocular rosacea. And then we realized… this technology does a lot more than just treat dry eyes. So we brought it into the beauty world.
