Pristine Med Spa is a medical spa in Ridgecrest, California, established in 2008 and serving the Indian Wells Valley and wider Kern County. It is owned by Silvia Mamaliger, RN, a registered nurse of more than forty years who began injecting in 2007. The spa offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser hair removal with the Alma Soprano XL, IPL photofacials, Pixel 2940 laser resurfacing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, PDO thread lifts and PRP-based bioregenerative injections. It uses VISIA imaging for skin analysis and retails the ZO Skin Health, Colorescience and Lucrece skincare lines.
