Princeton Longevity Center is a preventive medicine and executive health practice with offices in Princeton, New Jersey; New York City; Shelton, Connecticut; and Fairfax, Virginia. It was founded and is medically directed by David A. Fein, MD, a board-certified internist who is also certified in cardiac CT, and the practice specializes exclusively in early disease detection and healthspan rather than treating illness, scheduling each physician no more than three patients per day. Its core product is the PLC comprehensive exam, extended by programs for multi-cancer screening, genetic insight, coronary artery disease reversal, men's and women's health, athletic performance, medical weight loss and cognitive health. Diagnostics include full body CT scans, brain MRI, cardiac CT angiography and AI analysis, virtual colonoscopy, whole exome sequencing, continuous glucose monitoring and multi-cancer early detection blood testing. Care teams pair physicians with registered dietitians and exercise physiologists at each location.
