Dr. Eklund (aka Dr. Rhett) took over his father’s practice in 2003. He attended Loma Linda University in California and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association® (ADA), the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants (IAMDI), the Academy of General Dentistry(AGD), the Washington County Dental Society (WCDS), and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS). He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and has completed a Nobel Biocare Implant Dentistry Residency. Dr. Eklund is a recognized Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, one of the world’s leading dental implant organizations. Dr. Jason Tambor joined Potomac Dental Centre in December of 2023. He graduated as a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Rutgers University, New Jersey in 2019.
