Dr. Malakeh Zahedi graduated as the Valedictorian of her class from the prestigious University of Tehran, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery followed by three years of postgraduate training in Periodontics and Dental Implants. Upon receiving her California Dental License in 2004, Dr. Zahedi served as part-time faculty at Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. She simultaneously taught at USC while also practicing dentistry in a private office. Dr. Zahedi is the recipient of several awards, including certificates of appreciation and outstanding service awards, during her 10 years of teaching at USC Ostrow School of Dentistry. Dr. Zahedi understands that it takes a team of many skilled professionals to restore a patient to sound mouth. She works in close connection with the specialists in the office to provide holistic and comprehensive oral care.
