About Plainfield Dental

Dr. Peck graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2006. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Will County Dental Society. Dr. Peck is a resident of Naperville with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys the outdoors and working on classic cars. Dr. Madison grew up in Downers Grove and obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2011. Following a General Practice Residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, he started his private practice career in Oak Park before ultimately settling in Plainfield where he has practiced since 2017. Dr. Madison is an active member and fellow with the Academy of General Dentistry. When not busy at the office, he enjoys spending time raising his two wonderful daughters with his wife Melinda. Dr. John Planisek earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University and a Masters of Education from the University of M
