Through extensive continued education, our team has worked hard to gain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide you with the treatments you need, all in one place. Dr. Roo was born in South Korea and raised in New York. He has always been detail-oriented, and he became fascinated with dentistry during his first year studying biochemistry at Stony Brook University in New York. After completing his undergraduate degree, he went on to study dentistry at the New York University College of Dentistry where he graduated as a member of OKU (Omicron Kappa Upsilon), a national dental honor society that recognizes students who have excelled academically. He graduated from dental school in 2016. After graduation, Dr. Roo worked as an associate in Peoria, Illinois, where he learned the value of continuing education and offering a wide variety of specialty treatments.
