Dr. Tyler Williams built Pinecrest Dental for patients who are tired of being over-treated, under-explained, and shuffled through like a number. Twenty years, thousands of patients, and one conviction: keep more of your natural smile. Early in his career, Dr. Williams noticed a pattern that bothered him: patients were being drilled, crowned, and rushed through a system built around what insurance allowed — not what their teeth actually needed. He set out to build the opposite.
