Jiries Mogannam, DDS, MD Dr. Jiries “Jerry” Mogannam was born and raised in Santa Rosa and graduated from Cardinal Newman high school. He completed his undergraduate degree at UC Davis and earned his dental degree at UCLA. He then went on to complete his medical degree and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Mogannam is very excited to be able to practice in Sonoma County where his family roots are deep. He is married to Cindy, a dietitian, and together they have three children, Gabrielle, Peter and Danielle. Dr. Mogannam’s oral surgery interests include treatment of children and young adults, implant surgery, bone grafting and facial reconstruction. Outside of oral surgery his hobbies include playing with his children, running and working out. Dr. Vicente Chavez was born and raised in Santa Rosa and graduated from Montgomery High School. He completed his undergraduate degree at Sonoma State and his dental degree at the University of Califo
