Perpetua Longevity is a physician-led concierge practice in Las Vegas, Nevada providing longevity and cardiometabolic medicine alongside a full aesthetics and regenerative line. It was founded by Dr. Juan Chavez, MD and Dr. Lucia Mireles-Chavez, MD, a husband-and-wife physician team with more than 40 years of combined clinical experience across internal medicine, critical care, pediatrics, obesity medicine, clinical lipidology, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine and aesthetics. Services include comprehensive longevity evaluation, hormone pellet therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight management, IV and NAD+ infusions, PRP-based hair and sexual wellness procedures, and injectable aesthetics. The practice sees patients in person at its West Sahara Avenue office and provides virtual concierge care to patients throughout Nevada and California.
