As a child, I had always found science interesting. This love of science and my desire to care for other people led me to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Once in dental school, I realized pretty quickly how rewarding (and fun!) it was to be able to work with children. After graduating from dental school, I spent the next 3 years specializing in pediatric dentistry and obtaining my master s degree. I moved to Boston and have been practicing locally since 2004. My husband, two children, and our puppy have lived in Needham the last ten years. We love being a part of the community here and you can usually find me on a local field or ice rink on the weekends. I think it is important that children have a personalized dental experience. No two children are going to react the same way to a new situation.
