Peak Med Spa, also branded Peak Skin & Wellness Center, is a medical spa in Centennial, Colorado, located at Centennial Medical Center. It is women- and veteran-owned and co-owned by medical director Jacquelyn Glenn, MD, FACS, a board-certified surgeon, with aesthetic specialist and clinical educator Alfonso Fuentes leading its laser program. Services include cosmetic injectables and biostimulators, radiofrequency microneedling, plasma and laser resurfacing, medical weight loss and body contouring, IV therapy and peptides, hair restoration, facials, non-surgical scar revision and laser hair removal. The practice serves Centennial, Denver, Englewood, Parker and Lone Tree, and also runs a provider training program.
