Partnered Healing Functional Medicine is a membership-based functional medicine practice at 35 Commercial Way in Springboro, Ohio, serving the Dayton area. It began as Dayton Center for Functional Medicine and was renamed in 2023 when Sarah Rodewald, NPC-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine, bought the practice. The clinic treats adults and children across four stated focus areas — gut health, hormone health and balance, detoxification, and nervous system regulation — using advanced testing that includes GI-MAP and GI Effects panels, SIBO breath testing, DUTCH hormone and adrenal testing, NutrEval micronutrient analysis, and mycotoxin and food sensitivity screening. Alongside functional medicine it offers CranioSacral therapy, health coaching, infrared sauna and a Woojer wellness mat. Membership plans run from $225 to $300 per month for adults and $100 per month per child, and the practice is currently operating a waiting list for new functional medicine patients.
