PartainMD is a direct primary care clinic in Springfield, Missouri, founded and led by Dr. Evelyn Partain, MD. The practice operates on a membership model covering holistic family care, women's health, hormone replacement therapy for men and women, weight-loss therapy and medication-assisted substance abuse treatment, with more than 1,000 generic medications supplied at no additional cost. Outside membership it runs separate specialty lines including an IV hydration menu with NAD+ infusions, BioTE pellet hormone therapy and an aesthetics service offering neurotoxin injections, microneedling, PRP and chemical peels. A four-person clinical team of physicians, a family nurse practitioner and a registered nurse serves patients from a single office on East Sunshine Street. The clinic also arranges discounted imaging through community partners, including DEXA body composition scans.
