Dr. Parsha Forouzan is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic and cosmetic eyelid surgery at Brooks Eye Associates in Plano, Texas. He earned his medical degree from UT Health Science Center Houston, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, and completed his ophthalmology residency at UT Southwestern followed by a one-year oculoplastic fellowship there. Dr. Forouzan's practice focuses on blepharoplasty and reconstructive and aesthetic eyelid procedures, and he is fluent in medical Spanish.
