Dr. Lucas Winebaugh is originally from Rochelle, IL. He graduated from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville as a Meridian Scholar. Dr. Winebaugh has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, paired with a Chemistry minor with a biomedical focus.
