Pariser Dermatology Specialists, LTD is a dermatology group founded in 1946 by Harry Pariser, the first dermatologist in the Tidewater area of Virginia. It operates seven offices across Hampton Roads — Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News and two in Williamsburg — staffed by 21 physicians plus physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The practice performs an average of 3,000 Mohs micrographic surgeries a year through four Mohs surgeons, and runs a cosmetic dermatology service covering Botox, hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, chemical peels, microneedling with PRP, laser hair removal and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing. Senior physician David M. Pariser, MD, was elected president of the American Academy of Dermatology in 2009.
