About Overton Street Dental

Dr. Wiechart was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. She attended Miami University, and worked at Wood Hudson Cancer Research Laboratory right here in Newport during the summers. She fell in love with the area during this time, and made it her goal to move back after dental school. She attended The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, and worked in Northern Kentucky for five and a half years prior to buying the office. Dr. Kelly met her husband, Blake, in Lexington during dental school and they have made Fort Thomas their home. They have one son, and two golden retrievers that they spoil rotten. Since she was little, she has always dreamed of becoming a dentist and feels so fortunate to be living out that dream. She enjoys getting to know her patients and finding ways to make them feel comfortable at the dentist.
