A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. • Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us serve all clients fairly.
