Opt Health is a membership-based telehealth practice providing hormone and longevity care to men and women, operating from a registered office at 595 Pacific Avenue in San Francisco. Care begins with a blood panel of more than 55 biomarkers drawn at a partner lab or at home, followed by a video consultation with a physician and quarterly shipments of prescribed medications, peptides and supplements. Memberships run from $95 to $645 per month after an intake and lab fee; the practice does not bill insurance but accepts HSA and FSA payment. Separate men's and women's programs cover testosterone replacement, hormone replacement for perimenopause and menopause, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, thyroid optimization and sexual health. Patients are retested every three to four months and follow results through the practice's app.
