Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeons of Texas is a Houston-based group practice of fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeons founded in 1999 by Dr. Marc Longo. The practice offers both cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid and facial procedures, including blepharoplasty, brow lift, and Botox and filler injections, alongside ptosis repair and eyelid reconstruction after skin cancer. Surgeons Dr. Audrey Ahuero and Dr. Karina Richani also practice at the group, which operates an in-office accredited surgery center. All three surgeons are board-certified and Fellows of the American College of Surgeons.
