About OC Sports and Wellness

At OC Sports and Wellness, we believe healthcare can — and should — be more personal, thoughtful, and effective than the typical “see-patient, write-prescription, next” model. Since our founding in 1999, we’ve served thousands of people who were frustrated with disposable care: those who felt dismissed, told “your lab results look fine,” yet still didn’t feel their best. We blend traditional (conventional) medicine with functional, whole-body care — working with patients to investigate root causes instead of just treating symptoms. Our guiding principle is simple: you are more than a set of lab values or a diagnosis. We want to hear your whole story — your lifestyle, routines, struggles, and goals — to help you find a path toward genuine health, not just quick fixes. Most doctor visits with us last 30–70 minutes , giving you room to share your history, health goals, and concerns — instead of feeling rushed.
