About Obeng Family Dental

Dr. Stephen Obeng grew up in the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago before his family chose to settle in Ormond Beach. Dr. Obeng completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at Spruce Creek High School and later attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned his B.S. degree in Health Science and discovered his passion for Dentistry. Prior to starting dental school, Dr. Obeng completed an accelerated Masters program in Biomedical Science, and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida s College of Dentistry (Go Gators)! While in dental school, Dr. Obeng held numerous leadership positions, including the Dental Ambassadors, Admissions Outreach Ambassadors, yearly mission trips to Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, and was co-founder of the annual philanthropy, Super Sealant Saturday.
