Novo Aesthetics is a medical spa and weight-loss clinic run by Rachael Dekker, DNP, CRNA, serving South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa from six clinics: Sioux Falls and Watertown in South Dakota, Luverne in Minnesota, and Sioux Center, Primghar and Orange City in Iowa. Its weight-loss programme uses GLP-1 medications including semaglutide and tirzepatide, and is also offered by remote consultation. Med spa services include anti-wrinkle injections with Xeomin and Dysport, dermal fillers, microneedling with platelet-rich plasma and VI chemical peels. The clinical team also includes Holly Klink, ARNP, FNP-C, board certified in family medicine by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and nurse injector Jamie Fettig, RN.
